- Download Server – File hosting that you download from the server, eg: .ZIP, .RAR, .GZIP, .MP3, .AVI, .WAV, .DOC, .PSD, .AI, .EPS, .TGA, .TIF. Our servers are not download servers.
- Media Server – Multi-media hosting eg: streaming video, streaming audio, radio, shout cast, podcast, can include chat and shoutbox. We currently do not have a multi-media server so we can not offer this type of hosting.
- Gaming / Clan Server – Gaming servers/hosting usually use intensive server resources and require gaming servers or VPS. We currently do not have gaming servers so we can not offer this type of hosting.
- Download Files: Collections of download files are not permitted on shared servers because they slow the server down. A reasonable amount of download files can be permitted if you keep the file size under 2000k.

Using your account for scams, fraud attempts, phishing emails, or any sort of deceptive mailing will lead to immediate suspension without any warning, and your account won't be reinstated. It doesn't matter if the emails are automated or manually sent if they're bulk, they're blocked.
Spamming
Spamming (sending unsolicited emails or posting messages to irrelevant USENET newsgroups that do not explicitly allow advertising, with references to a site hosted on our servers) is strictly prohibited.
Misuse Of Resources
Including but not limited to employing applications that consume excessive CPU time, memory, or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy, and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. Streaming media, audio, video, and shoutcast can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI-based message forums that use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources. To avoid disappointment, please use a PHP message forum. The use of web cam applications that maintain a constant FTP connection, uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden.

Shared and reseller hosting customers are not permitted to provide free website hosting services such as image hosting, file hosting, mp3 hosting, and any similar hosting service. Using password-protected directories to conduct illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Sites that use password-protected directories where their use is not clear are subject to suspension while we investigate the legality of the hidden content.
Adult Sites
