When we say unlimited domains, unlimited disk space, and bandwidth, of course, there are terms & conditions that you must adhere to. This means unlimited webpages, domains, and web graphics, not downloads or streaming media. Our servers are shared hosting servers and memory and CPU usage are not unlimited. CPU-intensive files are not permitted on our servers and accounts may not be used to host a collection of mp3s, audios, videos, anime, .rar files, Warez, gamers sites, shout cast, and similar, or to backup your computer or another source. They may not be used for general storage of any type. They may not be used as download mirrors or download/upload portals. While the sale of eBooks and other legal small download files are permitted within reason (see download files below) with the unlimited package, hosting and storage of mass quantities where our servers are used as a distribution point is not permitted.
Although regular back-ups will be performed, ZilleHosting will not be held responsible for any loss of data. It is up to the hosting account to ensure you maintain a local copy of your web data on your computer for your own backup purposes.
If we find any malware, phishing link, hacking material, scam pages, copyright material, or viruses on any account, we have the right to suspend or terminate that account without or without notification.
The Internet is powerful information and entertainment tool, we would expect our customers to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other Internet users.
Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are removed from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken.
Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use, however, the following are unacceptable uses.
Illegality of any kind is strictly forbidden. This includes sharing or copying software or data without proper permission, bullying or threatening others, scams, fake websites, spreading hate speech, hosting adult content without authorization, selling or promoting banned products, or trying to trick people in any way. Hosting or supporting any abusive, illegal, or misleading site, whether it's related to fraud, scam, phishing, or anything similar is not allowed under any circumstances. If this rule is violated, the account will be suspended instantly without warning and will not be reopened.
Certain types of content are not permitted on our network. We do not host pornographic content of any description. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes pornographic content and what does not (see adult sites below). Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez, and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software, including freeware, shareware, and trial software, is forbidden. The sale of resellable eBooks is ok.
Bulk email of any kind is strictly not allowed on our network. That includes newsletters, promotional campaigns, spam messages, marketing emails, or anything that feels like mass messaging, even if you think the recipients agreed to receive it. It disrupts the shared hosting environment for everyone else. Using your account for scams, fraud attempts, phishing emails, or any sort of deceptive mailing will lead to immediate suspension without any warning, and your account won't be reinstated. It doesn't matter if the emails are automated or manually sent if they're bulk, they're blocked.
Spamming (sending unsolicited emails or posting messages to irrelevant USENET newsgroups that do not explicitly allow advertising, with references to a site hosted on our servers) is strictly prohibited.
Including but not limited to employing applications that consume excessive CPU time, memory, or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy, and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. Streaming media, audio, video, and shoutcast can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI-based message forums that use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources. To avoid disappointment, please use a PHP message forum. The use of web cam applications that maintain a constant FTP connection, uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden.
Shared and reseller hosting customers are not permitted to provide free website hosting services such as image hosting, file hosting, mp3 hosting, and any similar hosting service. Reseller customers are permitted to provide a charge for service web hosting service but are not permitted to provide any free web hosting service or similar service.
Using password-protected directories to conduct illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Sites that use password-protected directories where their use is not clear are subject to suspension while we investigate the legality of the hidden content.
We do not allow any type of pornographic content, nudity, or media that shows or suggests nudity even if it's health-related or educational. Adult commercial sites like lingerie, adult health, or sexuality topics are also forbidden. Pornographic videos, images, stories, or any content meant to arouse or display nudity are strictly banned. This includes adult toy stores and similar material. Any violation will result in account suspension without warning and will not be reactivated. Keep things clean, respectful, and within guidelines.
We assign unique usernames to every account we create to avoid future problems. This cannot be changed. All our resellers are encouraged to do the same.
We take payment and service expiration very seriously. For annual payment accounts, we will terminate the account after 10 days of non-payment or service expiration. For monthly accounts, including 1-month, 3 month, semi-annual, and 9 months accounts, we will terminate the account after 5 days of non-payment, late payment, or service expiration.
Once an account has been terminated, all data associated with the account will be removed from our servers. We strongly encourage our customers to keep their payment information up-to-date and renew their services in a timely manner to avoid any service interruption or data loss. We are not responsible for any data loss or other damages that may occur as a result of account termination due to non-payment or service expiration.
We reserve the right to modify or update our payment and service termination policies at any time. By using our services, you agree to comply with our payment policies and understand that failure to do so may result in the termination of your account and data loss.

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to our or others' servers is strictly prohibited. As our client, you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate all the terms listed on this page, your account will be terminated immediately without a refund.
We reserve the right to change any prices within and listed on our site.
We will not be responsible for any damages your business may occur/suffer.
